AGain...after 1 week from my 25km marathon,today charity run again..eventhough jus 6km..:)
satisfied to myself....i brought my pain to tat run>.< my leg nt reli recover after penang bridge marathon.On the day..i js tried my best to finish it..THat so..!!It's reli pain after run nt far away...but i still keep running...end up finished it within 39mins!!consider nt bad...but i think i can do it better if my leg is OK!!Brought bac 1 medal n 1 cert again..:) haPPy...

2nd medal in this month....also my 5th medal in penang...:)

today went for body massage...wow...it's reli nice n comfortable after did it..:)
feel relax...after tat...feel tat my leg gettin better...do hope my leg can recover asap..:)
week 8 now..haiz...havent start my revision yet...wat to do??>.<

Pain Pain pAin....>.< 1st time in my life....
Early in the morning..it was around 3...preparing go for Penang Bridge International Run...
suppose must arrive destination for registration within 3.30an-4.15am..but we late..:(
whn we reached there...it was 4am++...in between tat,got a argument wit a India guy...cz there were a lot of cars n motors parking around residential area.we as well...but tat illegal India fellow asked for parking fee..WTF!!i hate penang....1 of the reason is penang got a lots illegal ppl collecting parking fee in certain areas..especailly whn there is a function or public holidays..those $ sucker start working...sHIt them!!is nt i'm stingy n count for those parking fee, they r reli too over....been happened 1 time,asked for rm5 per car..how could it be???we js come for fun...they ask for makan??too over!!!

haiz..!!whn u reached the destination,we heard lion dance nt far away from us,we keep on our steps...mean tat gona start for man open 25km marathon...we so nervous finding registration counter...end up..there is no counter,js a helpers stand there giving away those hair ribbon as a sign of starting point...so we followed at the last of the crowd.

there were 10thousand++l participant tis event...i was proud of myself tat i can completed d whole journey of the run distance...25km!!wow...amazing i can did it...i had left track n field since i was form 5,it was 5 years ago...never aspect i can complete.

it worth it...although the journey bac to the end point i cant even run...my legs pain..however i still never give up...i try to finish it..At last finished at 3hours 35mins..satisfied:) and brought bac a medal n cert for finisher within the time they set!!happy+enjoy+pain+suffer+fighting=success

legs pain until today...skip cls as reason of legs pain!!thanks god tat cls cancelled..whole day din go to sch..:) broke my own record...watched my 2nd movie within a month!!James BOnd!!007...

recently got a hk series drama...i feel it nice to watch...
"珠光宝气" from the drama,there is a quote sound like tis..."wear high heel is just can look farer,why dont we wear normal shoes, so tat we feel comfortable n can walk faster in our life?"
wat do tis quote try to express??guess it urself...hehe....

i still rmb..my 1st movie whn i entered tarc n also 1st movie whn i step in penang after form 5 graduated...it was js after orientation....3years ago!!

planning for 1 week for my cls small gathering...finally done!!:)
at 1st...we planning to go steambout,all so excited...and mark up some argument..cz different ppl,sure got different suggestion..:)
it's bcz there r few places tat we have our steambout...end up wit flip the coin to make decision...:)
objective of tis small gathering is...get all closer those classmates...since from 1st year semester 1 we entered,never ever got gathering b4...i feel tat my classmates r hard to mix up.
wat's the prob??i don like tat feeling...
started year2,it gettin better....sooner we graduate,what will happen?
-some will stay?
-some will leave?
-some will continue....
Hmm.....frustrated feeling!!

Time:7.00pm(all nt punctual)
Vanue:火锅之家(so many ppl....:( )
Attendance: 16pigs out of 21 (5 absent...no bad:) 1st time so many clsmates attended..)
Price: Rm17.90 (i don feel like worth it...cz got no beef,but nvm....i eat a lot of prawns...hehe)

After tat...all feel like don wanna go bac cz still early although next morning got replacement cls at 9am...So,we thinking go for movie...but end up we went to bowling. Some of them cant stay for too late,from 16 decrease to 13....At bowling centre,we r the most craziest cz mostly don noe hw to "row" bowling...hehe..:) laughing,showing weird weird skills,etc..SOT =.=''
but happy.......:) after tat...all dismiss.
Whn i on de way bac...nearly reached to hostel,somebody called for paradise beach...Wow...so from 13 decrease to 10. 10 monkeys wondering at the beach....:) throwing each others into the sea....haha...it's reli fun..time past very fast,it was 2am..thn all pack up n cabut wit wet wet body...the night is still young for me...so i suggested go mamak have a drink...mana tau..they on too...Makan minum until 4am...!!hehe...whn on de way bac..1 of clsmate suggested go c sun rise...OMG!!we don nid to slip anymore...think of straight go to cls later..!!10 decrease 5....5 chickens go c sun rise...haha....we must have a patience while waitin for sun rise...so we wait wait wait....feel so good....:)

reli tired....after breakfast went bac wash up straight go cls...
be blur sotong in the cls while teacher teaching...
It's reli wonderful n memorable...:)
